After earning my Bachelor's Degree in Business Science from L’Ecole Superieure Algerienne des Affaires, I entered the oil and gas industry to explore my passion for managing complex projects, leading high performance teams, and coordinating multifaceted tasks. Currently, I am the president of Accession Construction Cleaning Inc, where I'm focused on delivering optimal service, responsive action, and quality outcomes with character, integrity, and purpose that brings honor to God.

I’ve spent over 20 years learning everything there is to know about the construction industry. I have applied this knowledge in my role as Project Coordinator for Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Supervisor for Pronghorn Gathering System, and Procurement Manager for Bechtel International.

Gregg Swanson has led an impressive career as a business coach and consultant. He founded and is owner of Warrior Mind Coaching and has been working fulltime for 18+ years as a performance coach. Gregg has also been featured in several well-known industry publications, including LinkedIn and the Small Business Journal.

Prior to his current role at Warrior Mind Coach], Gregg was a top sales executive in the high-tech, telecom space working for companies like AT&T, Lucent, Acetal, and JDSU and achieving sales results in excess of $40M per year.

Gregg now severs as CEO for Ascension Cleaning, developing growth strategies to achieve sustained success in a highly competitive market.

Gregg received his degree from Pepperdine University and completely embraces non-stop growth and improvement.

Started in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry in 2012 as a customer service representative and technical support expert. This has sparked a desire to perfect person-to-person relations and resolve complex problems.

Kevin has been a Team Leader/Supervisor for several international companies that outsource their manpower abroad. He is determined to learn, grow, and improve on whatever is set out for him. He has led a successful career in people and process management as well as in their improvement. As a supervisor, he has been able to make his team a part of the top performers across all international sites.
